Assalamualaikum :)

Entri ini aku buat untuk berterima kasih kepada sesetengah pihak yang telah membantu aku. Takde apa yang aku boleh buat kecuali promote perniagaan mereka di blog aku ni hehe. Pertama sekali aku nak berterima kasih kat Atiqah kerana telah sponsor chocolate untuk party itu hari. Chocolate dia sangat sedap & comel. I will try to get it for you! Padahal aku tak pernah suruh pon dia carikan or apa-apa, sebab aku sekarang dah malas nak pergi photoshoot semua. Thanks alot Annas!

Annas jugak selalu update pasal project X kat aku mesti sebab dia tau aku ni jenis yang tak alert, tak check inbox, notification semua hehe... And pasal project X ni, aku seriously tak yakin dengan dengan diri sendiri. Im just hoping that Annas will teach me how to strike a good pose or how to control my smile semua! Ingat senang ke nak senyum dengan braces? Ibarat macam duri dalam daging tahu? Hahaha apa pon, nantikan kemunculan project X. Tolong jangan gelakkan aku kalau pose aku cam harem. *crossed fingers*

Leather, Ruffles and Buy of the Week

A Turkish movie came to town... again (will do a review post on that soon). We had been planning to go see it with mum from a few weeks back. So when we decided to go Friday night, I thought let's go shopping before the movie since the cinema theatre was at the shopping centre.

What better excuse to shop? :P

We walked in promising ourselves that we will not buy anything. Do you think we kept that promise? LOL

Well... Probably.. Cos all mum bought was a pair of tracksuit pants, and she also bought me a skirt I just fell in love with (isn't my love affair always the case with my purchases?!). I just bought a black essential top to layer my sleeveless clothing. So yeah, I think I still kept my promise. :)

Anyways... a freezing night... I didn't really put any effort in my outfit. All I knew is that I wanted to wear my p-leather jacket (faux leather) to cut out the cold... Then when I decided to wear my Asos maxi with it, I thought why not wear my Vela hijab? So I did. :)

I absolutely love this jersey maxi dress from Asos. I can actually live in it! It is full length, and even the sleeves are full length! No extra layering necessary. Woohoo! Once again, I had trouble with the front/hood of my Vela hijab, but it wasn't as bad as my video experience. LOL I had it on almost all day, and felt no discomfort whatsoever.

My buy of the week! It's definitely NOT my size, but I tried it at the store... it's a comfortable fit and still looks amazing worn on. They only had 2 sizes left and 4 pieces. I had to own it... for only $24.95!!! I absolutely love the neutral brown colour. They also had 1 left in grey. That was beautiful too, but I'm on a budget, so I chose to go with the brown. :) I will blog it on me once I have the chance to wear it. But it's gorgeous!!! :) Thank you mummy dearest!

Woohoo! Thank you Berita Harian Singapore and Nur D'Cruz for featuring me and my blog! It feels so surreal just by seeing the huge size of my image stamped on the paper! Hehe..

Carita Trip Part I

It's been a while from our last holiday together. Felt so happy to have another trip with the husbands. This time we went to Carita (Banten). The smell of the sun, the waves, the food never fail us especially fresh seafood.

Camera checked, comfy dresses checked, some entertainment gadgets checked, sunglases forgot :p and the most important one.. sunscreen! Nobody wants to get sunburn right? Plus a bit of Wardah eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, mascara, lipgloss and compact powder to cover our lazy face from sleeping during the way there, about 4 hours car ride from Jakarta.

Lovely day!

The tops and shawl are from Kami Idea, with Elm skirt Casa Elana (Fifi) and harem pants Kavi Indonesia (Hanna) and comfy shoes by Wondershoe.

We satisfy our hunger by great food and the view is to die for. The afternoon sun is just the best time to have some pictures for us. The sun is not to harsh and it brings a great color to the pictures. Yes we love sunset!

FL Homecoming Brunch Party

Assalamualaikum =)

I have always wanted to throw a beautiful private party at home. Attend by several close friends, decorate with fresh flowers, pastel color desserts & succulent food serve in opulent dinnerware. Jadi on the 1st of May, I finally had my wish granted! Terima kasih to my beautiful mom for masakkan rendang ayam, kuah lodeh, sambal udang & nasi impit as the main course! 

For desserts, ada pau which I bought at Giant haha! Ada popia & tiramisu yang dibuat oleh ever gorgeous me(muntah), ada chocolate & cupcakes yang disponsor oleh gadis-gadis cantik (nanti I up entry!). I invited Datin, Hanani, Ema, Maria & Aza. Aza was my junior back in secondary school and we are close friends until now, Hanani is my bestfriend since we were 10, Datin is my bestfriend since we were 13 and Ema, we went to the same SBP, matrix, U and we were housemates back in Bandung. As for Maria, she's like a sister to me since I dont have any sister & obviously because she's my older brother's gf hehe.

I bought the carnations from Hindu's temple sebab murah wakaka. Kalau beli dekat florist of course la they will charge you mahal kan? So disebabkan itu, 1 batang yang ada banyak2 bunga only cost me RM1.20. I spent less than RM10 for the flowers =')

It was beautiful. Makan-makan sambil catch up kawan-kawan punya latest updates + gossip sikit-sikit! Nanti I dah clinical & later on jadi doctor tak tau lah I ada chance lagi tak nak buat macam ni. Oh ya perasan tak yang Aza tiada dalam gambar? Sobs, Aza tak cuti lagi. Doorgift untuk Aza ada tersimpan dengan rapi dalam bilik.

Sorry gambar this time sangat besar, kalau kecik nanti dia nampak macam banyak noise. Tak lawa. Harap blog ni tak berat & tak menyusahkan korang semua. Gomenne!

p/s: ah ini bukan carnations. ini adalah chrysanthemum. thanks! sy noob lol.

Changing purses

It was time, so I changed/renewed my purse tonight. You know how it goes... You empty out all the contents of the current purse... every excuse for important papers/receipts/notes/cards are in it... So I dumped more than half of the contents in the trash. hen I realised I have more cards than I had cash LOL Oh don't get me wrong, I don't own any credit cards... if I did, I dunno what would become of me haha it would be tragic, that's for sure! My cards are all store membership/loyalty cards.

So anywayyyyyss... Amongst all the crap I found my previous drivers license. Apparently it expired in 2009, and I had it issued in 1999. So 12 years ago... when I was at that tender age of 21.... just after qualifying for a full license after my P plates. Woohoooo.

Well who cares yeah? But it's sooooooooooo funny. Not the license. I mean the photo. I look so different and weird, so I thought it would be fun(ny) to share. :)

So here you have it :)

Obviously the hearts are by me to hide my so very important and exclusive personal info :P I mean its not like the issuing officer was in love with me or anything... but how would you know, yeah? :P So you have any photos like this?
