Interview Outfit

Okay, it's not really a job interview, but something similar to it, so I didn't want to be too corporate nor too laid back. I tried to balance it out, and this is what I got:

So what would you wear to an interview, that is not so formal, yet one which a person shouldn't look so laid back? Make sense? :))
