Bellabox February 2012 - A Little Bit of Love

Remember my Glossybox post from last month?

Well, this month I had the Bellabox come in. I don't know why, but these boxes just aren't doing it for me. I guess it's due to the products I saw the girls in Turkey receive in their boxes. We get all the crappy stuff here. The companies claim that we will be sampling designer products, but where are they? Where???

Still, I wasn't as upset as I was with the Glossybox, because I didn't have my expectations as high.

In comparison, I must say that the Glossybox packaging was much more luxurious and it felt like I was gifting myself. The Bellabox is relatively smaller and the box is just unrefined.

The contents are as follows:

1) SASY N SAVY CITRUS HAND CREAM: I received Rose and Lavender Hand and Nail Cream instead of Citrus. I'm assuming they were out of the citrus? I really dislike the smell of rose in cosmetics, so I can't say I will be using this with great joy... but I will use it. I tried it on, and it's nice and not oily at all like other creams.

2) B BY BLOOM COLLECTA EYESHADOW DUO - CLASSIC: Yep, it's okay, colours that anyone can use at any time, but I've never heard of this brand before, so to classify it as designer? Hmmm..

3) EMERGIN-C FACE MASK: Well I'm turning 34 this year, so anything that will help achieve a more youthful skin LOL Definitely trying this!

4) SANCTUM BODY SOOTHE: Smells nice so far, haven't used it.

5) STAR & ROSE CONFETTI SOAP ROSES: I received the rose one. This is the only product that made me think WOW. It smells delicious but you can't eat it LOL You throw it in the tub to make your bath smell sweet.

6) CHOCOLATE HEARTS FROM THE CHOCOLATE BOX: I loved these, but only 2 pieces? 

So there you have it. I will definitely try it for one more month, and then we shall see how it goes. I wasn't happy, but I don't want to seem like I complain about everything LOL Just feels to me like it's bulls**t marketing. I understand that these companies are still new in Australia, but please try a little better, because we do deserve better. Unless I receive something worth sampling, I am not going to go and purchase the full sized item. So at this rate, you are only filling up your own pockets and doing nothing to satisfy your suppliers and of course your customers!
