Take #2 with a touch of green

You all remember the gorgeous tribal print skirt from Katies yeah? Well, if not, clickety click! :)

Today, I set out to try something slightly different, and me likes it. :))) I've added a green scarf, because I think green looks gorgeous with beige and black. Then I swapped the black top on the inside for a cream one.

This cream top with the lace is actually huge on me, so I tucked it in. However, please take note of how much slimmer the V (lace) makes me look. It is always said that V-lined collars are slimming and also recommended for big busted women.

I have gone for a thinner and more flowy cardi this time, and I swapped my own beige/gold belt for a black one - this belt is the one that originally comes with the skirt. I think the black belt and the black lace complement each other quite well.

Hmmm, I love these shoes! :))))

It's about the shoes, not the pot! So look towards the upper right corner of the photo! :)))))

Tribal Maxi Skirt: Katies
Cream top with Lace: Autograph
Cardi: Tekbir (from edb Collection)
Green Hijab: Akel (from edb Collection)
Caged Wedges: Windsor Smith

So which combination do you like better? Last weeks or this one? And, why? :) I am interested in your opinions, and you never forget that! :)

A sloppy mwaaaaah to y'all :)

Black & Beige on the Weekend

I need a beige jacket or even a cardigan. Why? Well, because if I had one, I would have worn that today instead of my black one! Check out the photos and you will know why... it would have looked better! :)))

Yes, it was a tad windy...

No, not picking my nose. My top lip was a little itchy. :)

Don't you just LOVE my skirt?!!!

It's my new favourite. Rush to Katies girls, or even go on their website and buy online! I do think the price could have been cheaper as it's quality is not the BEST. But the length, the cut, the print, it's all perfect! I purchased mine from Epping (you Melbournians know where that is!), and they had sold out - I needed a size smaller and the belt is what is keeping it up. Oh, and this skirt comes with its own black belt. I just swapped it for my beige one today as I didn't want too much black.

See why I need the beige cardi/jacket? :) I cannot wear a plain beige hijab, because it totally washes me out. Looks awful on me. So I must wear a black one. Hmmm and what happens when I wear a black jacket/cardi? Too much black! So I tried to balance it out with the beige/gold accessories.

Who thinks I need a beige jacket/cardi? Put your hand up :))))
